Stilley-Young House (The Grove)
Built in 1861 in the Greek Revival style by brothers Daniel and Thomas Stilley. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #05001105) and holds the prestigious State Antiquities Landmark (SAL) designation — one of only two SAL sites in Marion County. Known widely in folklore as 'The Grove' and featured on national television as one of the most storied historic properties in Texas.

- Perry M. Woods House (The French Townhouse)Built c. 1861 by Dan Alley Jr. and later owned by Perry M. Woods. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #71000953) and an RTHL (1965). Renowned for its steep-pitched gables, decorative bargeboards, round accent windows, and carved Second Empire-style entrance doors.
- Capt. William E. Singleton House (Abernathy-Singleton House)Virginia Cross style home built by Abernathy and held by the Singleton family from 1885 to 1976. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #70000757) and an RTHL.
- Secession HallBuilt in 1856. Purchased by Judge W.S. Todd in 1858 — an avid Civil War secessionist who named his son 'William Secession Todd.' A tangible piece of Jefferson's Confederate history.
