Marion County Courthouse
Built in 1912–1913 on the site of early mercantile buildings. Designated a State Antiquities Landmark (SAL), Recorded Texas Historic Landmark, and contributing property to the National Register Jefferson Historic District. Fully restored in 2021 through the Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program.

- Jefferson Ordnance MagazineCivil War Confederate munitions magazine constructed in 1863 along Big Cypress Bayou. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #95000102) and a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark. Exceptionally rare: one of only three surviving Confederate powder magazines in Texas and the South.
- The MagnoliasGreek Revival home built in 1867 by Jefferson co-founder Daniel Nelson Alley as a dowry gift for his daughter, Victoria Kate Alley. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #71000951) and marked with a Texas Historic Survey medallion. Frequently featured on the annual Historic Jefferson Pilgrimage home tour.
- Presbyterian Manse (The Manse)Built in 1851 by John Speakes, this is one of the oldest surviving and architecturally pure Greek Revival homes in Jefferson, featuring a Doric portico and dual porches. Acquired by the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in 1903 as its parsonage and later by the Jessie Allen Wise Garden Club. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #69000211) and an RTHL.
