Presbyterian Manse (The Manse)
Built in 1851 by John Speakes, this is one of the oldest surviving and architecturally pure Greek Revival homes in Jefferson, featuring a Doric portico and dual porches. Acquired by the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in 1903 as its parsonage and later by the Jessie Allen Wise Garden Club. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #69000211) and an RTHL.

- Captain William Perry HousePrivate Greek Revival residence of Captain William Perry, the steamboat captain who navigated the first riverboat to Jefferson in 1844 and built the Excelsior House. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #70000755) and an RTHL.
- Perry M. Woods House (The French Townhouse)Built c. 1861 by Dan Alley Jr. and later owned by Perry M. Woods. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #71000953) and an RTHL (1965). Renowned for its steep-pitched gables, decorative bargeboards, round accent windows, and carved Second Empire-style entrance doors.
- Capt. William E. Singleton House (Abernathy-Singleton House)Virginia Cross style home built by Abernathy and held by the Singleton family from 1885 to 1976. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP #70000757) and an RTHL.
