Important: Group Booking Rules & Expectations

Because Jefferson’s B&Bs and boutique hotels are mostly located in historic structures with limited rooms, booking details differ significantly from modern hotel chains:

Book Direct Only: Room blocks, custom deposit structures, and package negotiations cannot be completed online. You must contact the innkeepers by phone or email.
Deposits & Holds: Expect to pay a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Some properties require a non-refundable hold deposit (e.g. $250) to reserve dates.
Cancellation Window: Group bookings generally require at least a 30-day notice for refunds. If cancelled closer to the stay, you may forfeit the entire amount unless the rooms can be re-booked.
Quiet Hours: Historic properties have thin walls and wood floors. Standard quiet hours (usually starting at 9 PM or 10 PM) are strictly enforced, even for whole-house buyouts.
